Unexpected.  Simple.  Love.

I have so many old frames with no glass in them that I have every intention of painting a fun, glossy color when I can just find the time.  I might very well use one of them for this fun project.  So unique and it looks pretty easy!

Love this cute little cork board.  My idea?  Add a photograph from each place you have traveled along with the location.  What a fun memento for your kiddos (and you!) to look at!!

I think young children should all have photographs of themselves in their rooms.  Seriously.  They just love faces, and how adorable to be able to wake up to a huge image of themselves each morning!  Addie loves to point out herself (and her big bro) on her walls.  It always gets a giggle, and I am sure she chats with her alter ego each morning, too.

Oh, I know I say this a lot, but do not be afraid to GO BIG! Don’t the frames in the last photograph make such a statement?  It fills the wall and is appropriate for that tall space.  Just do it–you will LOOOVE it!!
