So, a long time ago–almost SIX years to be exact–I found THE most adorable birth announcements online for our new son, Jackson (and I was super picky, having looked for-eva!).  I loved them so much that I had her design many, many cards and announcements after that and developed an internet friendship with her.  The designer of the birth announcements was Heather Manor, who, along with fellow photographer Jenny Cruger, has carved out yet another wonderful space online.

This time, Heather and Jenny have created a wonderful place for photographers to gain knowledge, share and have fun.  Girl Hearts Camera is a website full of awesome tips, tricks and goodness for photographers and includes not only a fun blog, Workshop opportunities, retreats and an upcoming forum, but an incredible, ingenious Photographer’s Planner!!!! laura - Summa… humm. Well being in AZ also… I gotta say that I love the storm clouds and the smell of the desert when it finally rains. Hearing the toads that only come out from the ground when it finally hits monsoon season is so fun to hear. Taking the kids out to see and catch and release said toads is pretty fun too. The sun setting on the cotton candy pink clouds aroung 7:30 with the huge storm clouds over the Superstition mountains. Oh and living 6 hours from San Diego beaches.
