Hi!  I’m Laura, an on-location photographer serving the Phoenix area.  I specialize in maternity, newborns, children, engagements and families and have a fun, modern and funky style.

I am the mother of two amazing children under the age of three.  I love Starbucks, eighties music, techno and every other type of music in between, traveling, speaking Spanish and reading a good book on a rainy day (not that I have time anymore as a mom!).  I love what I do today as a mom and a photographer, but I still miss my students and being a teacher.  I went to college in Washington, D.C. and was an intern on Capitol Hill and in the State Department–my intended career was to become a Foreign Service Officer.  I am an army brat and have moved seventeen times and wouldn’t change it for the world.  I treasure my friendships and love a good laugh as much as I love heartfelt talks.  I am absolutely addicted to taking photographs, and I never want to miss a moment.  I see the world as a photograph, and I am constantly thinking how I can make what I see into a work of art.  I love trying new ideas and personalizing sessions, and would love to capture your moments and turn them into tangible memories that you will look back on and treasure forever.
